Swim...Bike...Run!!!!

JJ, his friend and his cousin did this tri together... it was a fun day hanging out with family and friends and cheering on our men :)
**should note that the pink hat had a few meanings... 1) so we could spot him better 2) it's one of K's favorite colors 3) it was one of the hats from my DAD's collection so it has a deeper meaning than just a pink hat.
