Free Pomegranates

Free pomegranates to anyone who wants them. It's the only bounty we have that does not get eaten by the dog -( who knew that he would love tomatoes so much ?)
We have given away a lot and still have plenty, plus more on the trees/bush. We still haven't figured out if they are decorative, but we continue to eat them every year. Can you believe that they charge $2 each in the store? Grab a few or all of them on you way out next time you are here. They make a great center piece or wreath, if nothing else.

Now I wish we were next door neighbors!!
Pomegranates?
How cool is that?
I think they are more expensive than $2 apiece here.
So yummy and good for you too.

I will order about a bushel--you know I pickle everything! AND THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE HERE.

Hey Sis - I've never had a Pomegranate (or at least I don't remember ever having one .... Mom probably had us try one as a kid) I would love to taste one - I've had Pomegranate Juice and loved it. Can you make juice and preserve it for winter??? Grandma would do a jig (or victory dance) in heaven if she knew you put up food for the winter!!! Wish I was able to come a pick fruit from the vine!!! Love you - C

I wish I could just drive over and pick up a few, how cool would that be. I do think that they are more than $2 here in Indiana.
Love you
