Great anticipation!

As a reward for all their hard work today of sorting, donating, purging of the toys and belongings for the garage sale, the kids had a special family night. First, we had a yummy dinner. Next, we made raspberry lemonade slushies in the ice cream maker (the anticipation of the completion of the slushies was killing K. - notice her sneaking a peek of the progress). Then, because it was a holiday weekend where camping is a regular event for some families, we set up their tents and campfire in the play room and camped out indoors. Watched a movie, had Wii tournaments and played well into the night.

So we didn't pack up and head out into the great outdoors. An equal amount of fun was had and well, it was a lot less mess and work for mom and dad.
